The property is beautifully designed. A gorgeous mix of old and new. Though close to a main road it felt secluded and hidden away with very little disruption from the sound of cars. The views of the marina from my balcony were simply beautiful and really made the experience. The staff were out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make me feel like I was top priority. The staff were really the highlight. My room was spacious and had superior sound proofing. I heard very little from outside and the hallways. Breakfast time was something I looked forward to every night when I went to sleep. Sitting outside in the sun with beautiful views of the marina was paradise and I struggled each morning to choose from the vast array of buffet options. Of course I stopped at the omelette bar every day. Get there early if you want a table outside, though the indoor breakfast space was just as lovely. The pool area (where I spent most of my time) is comfortable and peaceful and the pool is the perfect size for the space. The bar and wait staff at the pool went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. No request was too much. The cleaning staff were no different. They give every opportunity to refresh and restock your room and they were all so friendly and smiley. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and it’s staff. It’s so easy for me to recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and elegant holiday with outstanding staff and beautiful surroundings, close the the lively, yet quiet, street of restaurants and bars with the marina on your doorstep and a 5 minute taxi drive to the centre of Palma. Absolute perfection. I had the best week of my life at this hotel and I’m so grateful for everything they did to make my stay so fantastic.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, comfortable room with a terrace and view to the harbour. We were staying there for my birthday, and hotel surprised me with a bottle of cava on ice, some deserts and a card with personal congratulations. We have not booked breakfasts at first because we like to go out and look for some nice restaurants however in the end we stayed at the hotel’s breakfast and it was delicious! Everything you would wish for breakfast was there, including fresh juices, fruits and pastries. And you can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace. The only thing that could be improved is coffee. Apparently there are different coffee machines and taste differ depending on it. Our flight back was early in the morning and we had to leave at around 2 at night. So we did not book the last night. However the hotel provided us with a courtesy room to take some rest and refresh ourselves. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to Palma, we will stay here again.

From the second i arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. I was asked if i could upgrade the room and the options were shown to me beforehand and i did. I had a Red level room. If you have this level room you have access to a private dining area for hors d'oeuvre and appertifs. It's well worth it to just chill and have drinks before you head out for your evening. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the marina and was like a big flat with living room dining area and big bedroom and bathroom. My room had a jacuzzi which we enjoyed with some nice champagne. Breakfast was excellent and very healthy (not like unhealthy American breakfasts). We loved the stay here as i was worried we were too close to the party scene but that was not an issue. It was quiet all nights. We did days trips with a car rental offered by the hotel. They have nice convertibles. Overall an excellent first stay in Mallorca. Can't wait to go back for the wineries next time.

We had a very lovely stay at your hotel, the room was comfortable, clean and cool in the summer. The terrace/veranda downstairs was amazing with such nice views of the port and of the cathedral. This is where my boyfriend and I got engaged, so it is a special place for us! Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly and the room was super clean. There is also a parking garage where you can leave your rental car for a small price, which was very convenient as there is very little parking in the streets. The walk to the old town is slightly far but it is a very beautiful and scenic route.

Taxis are a major problem during summer months in Mallorca,especially when 5 cruise ships unload 20,000 passengers several times a week.But this hotel had a system in place that made taxi availability simple and quick. Hotel interior is attractive.Exterior is a bit ugly. All the taxi drivers told me this hotel was the best in Palma.
